Insurance & Payments
We accept a number of different payment methods.
We believe that accessing quality mental health care should be as straightforward as possible. Meadowbrook Counseling & Wellness works with a variety of insurance providers and offers options for individuals who prefer to pay privately.
Insurance coverage, copayments, and deductibles may vary depending on your individual plan and the clinician you see. We encourage you to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
Our team is happy to help you understand the next steps in getting started.
Insurance Plans We Accept
We accept a variety of insurance plans. Coverage may vary by clinician, so please confirm your benefits before scheduling.
Self-Pay Options
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, Meadowbrook Counseling & Wellness offers private-pay appointments. Session fees and payment arrangements will be discussed before your first visit.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of your therapy expenses.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill containing the information typically needed to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and is not guaranteed.
Payment Methods
For demonstration purposes, Meadowbrook Counseling & Wellness accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Payment is generally due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise.
For this demonstration practice, we request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any applicable fees will be explained before services begin.
Please contact your clinician or the practice as soon as possible if you need to make changes to an appointment.
